Get Closer to Your County FA
As of Monday 5 February 2018, Northumberland FA will begin utilising a new communication system in an effort to improve its customer service and advance its email response efficiency.
As a result of the change, instead of communicating with our customers via individual staff email addresses, a total of 19 new email addresses – each focussing on a specific area of the game – will be utilised, ensuring that more than one member of staff is able to address enquiries and respond efficiently. The new system will also allow us to respond to social media queries, whether it be comments or direct messages, in a more timely manner.
John Ackerley, Northumberland FA Chief Executive Officer, said: “As a County FA we are always looking at ways we can improve the service we provide to the grassroots football community in Northumberland, and the way we communicate with our stakeholders is a key part of that.
“This new and exciting development, delivered via Freshdesk, will see several members of staff sitting behind our email addresses and in a position to handle enquiries, which I’m confident will speed up our response time and ensure all emails are addressed appropriately.”
The confirmed email addresses, along with a description of their uses, are as follows.
