On Friday, Northumberland FA proudly hosted its annual Grassroots Awards, celebrating the remarkable contributions of individuals and clubs to local football. The event, held at The Crowne Plaza Newcastle, brought together the region's football community for an evening of recognition, camaraderie, and celebration.
We were delighted to welcome Club Supporter as our headline partner for the Northumberland FA Grassroots Awards! Their partnership played a key role in helping us put on such a great evening, and their support was greatly appreciated in recognising the local volunteers who are the lifeblood of grassroots football. Club Supporter’s innovative subscription management software is transforming club management, freeing up hours of admin time by automating signups, subscriptions, and payments.

In addition to celebrating our grassroots heroes, we are thrilled to announce that we raised over £2000 for our SCARF fund through the raffle, thanks to the generous donations of raffle prizes. The SCARF fund is dedicated to helping children continue playing football when their families face financial hardship. Since launching last season, the fund has become essential to many families.
The night was filled with inspiring speeches, awards presentations, and opportunities to celebrate the vibrant football community in Northumberland. Once again, congratulations to all the winners, and thank you to everyone who attended and made the night unforgettable!
