Following the recent suspension of four affiliated leagues, we are aware that this may have caused concern amongst our members. Therefore, we wish to provide this statement on the current situation.

Suspended Leagues

- Northumberland Junior Saturday Football League Limited
- Northumberland Junior Sunday Football League Limited
- Northumberland Mini Soccer League Limited
- Pin Point Recruitment Girls Football League

On 8 June 2018, Northumberland FA suspended sanction from the named leagues due to, what we consider to be breaches of FA rules.

Members can be assured that we are currently working tirelessly to resolve the situation and ensure that there is appropriate, structured playing opportunities for those affected by the decision.

Furthermore, we have taken the decision to support the temporary lifting of the suspension of said leagues pending FA appeal hearing, on the agreement of conditions. This decision has been taken to allow participation by members during this period.

We will, of course, keep members briefed on any development that affect their participation.
